PROGRAM PARTICIPATION

Participation in the Distributor Program is subject to EEC Online Ltd. prior approval and your continued compliance with the Program Criteria. EEC Online Ltd. reserves the right to refuse participation to any applicant or participant at any time in its sole discretion.

PROGRAM PAYMENT

EEC Online Ltd. accepts PayPal, credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discovery only), money order, company checks or wire transfer.

In the event of a returned check, a $25us NSF fee will be assessed and all checking privileges will be suspended until further review.

HOW TO APPLY

You can apply the distributor program by submitting the application_form to our head office at 5451 Minoru Boulevard, Richmond, BC, Canada through mail or fax the application form directly to 1-866-755-2782. Once the application is approved, EEC Online Ltd. will notify you by mail or email and request your payment. You will receive your login and password by email when the transaction is completed. With the login ID and password, you can access our full product lists online with ‘Distributor Special'. For province of British Columbia distributors, please provide PST number.

HOW TO TERMINATE

You can terminate your distributor status at any time by providing us a written notice in mail.

FREIGHT

Prices included freight charges to your door for North America cutomers and to the nearest international airport for international customers. All orders are shipped by the fastest, most economical way unless otherwise instructed. Merchandise signed for is considered delivered and no claims for damage and/or shortage will be considered unless noted on the waybill at the time of delivery, claims for shortage, damage or error in shipment can only be honored if made within three days of receipt of shipment.
