Purchaser, by placing an order for product, purchaser shall be bound by the terms and conditions of sale as set forth herein. Orders once placed and accepted by the Seller may not be cancelled or revised without Seller's consent and then only on terms which indemnify Seller against loss.

Payment is make through PayPal, money order, or wired transfer. No personal cheque will be accepted.

Delay or non-delivery
Seller shall not be liable in any way for delay, non deliver or default in shipment due to labor disputes, transportation shortages, priorities, acts of governmental authorities or other causes beyond the control of Seller, affecting Seller and/or its suppliers. Please read Shipping for details.

Freight
Freight should be shipped FOB Seller's warehouse, and may include a handling charge. Please read Shipping for details.

Risk of loss of Title
All products are shipped at Purchaser's risk. Title passes from Seller to Purchaser and Seller's responsibility for damages or loss ceases when products is delivered to the carrier, to the Purchaser or the Purchaser's agent at Seller's facility, whichever occurs earlier. Sellers retains a monetary security interest in all products now or hereafter acquired by Purchaser and to any proceed thereof until the purchase price and any other charged have been paid in full as set forth in the Security agreements entered into by and between the Seller and Purchaser which is incorporated herein by reference.

Conflicts
If any provision to these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable such provision shall be enforced to the fullest extend permitted by applicable law and valid legality and enforceability of the remaining provision shall not in any way be affected or impair thereby.

Backorder
EEC ONLINE Ltd. cannot predict or guaranty stock and availability, however, most products are in stock. Products will be shipped within 15 business days upon full payment otherwise it will be classified as backorder. If your product is backorder you will be notify by email. Customers can cancel order on backorder items and payment will be returned without charges. All custom color products, performance, brakes, and HRE wheels will not classified as backorder. All custom color products, performance, brakes, and HRE wheels will be shipped approximately 4-6 weeks. All special order products which include custom color products, performance, brakes, HRE wheels, special packages and items that are not on this site are not refundable and are not classified as backorder. Cancel order on in stock items can be made prior to UPS tracking number are provided by EEC ONLINE Ltd. Cancel order on in stock items will be subject to 25% restocking fees. All wheels and tires packages are not refundable.

Return Procedure
Merchandise cannot be returned without a prior return authorization number appointed by EEC ONLINE Ltd. Contact your EEC ONLINE representative to receive a return authorization application. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Only new re-saleable items in their original containers and packaging with an RA number clearly marked an RA form inside the packaging will be considered for return. No returns will be accepted after 20 days from the date of issue of return authorization number. Product fitted or used cannot be returned. All special order products which include custom color products, performance, brakes, HRE wheels, special packages and items that are not on this site. Please read Warranty & Return for details.

Product Fitment
Before mounting and fitting any product, always check for proper fitment. Some product and or vehicles may require modifications for proper fitment and performance.

Wheels/Tires: When fitting tires, follow tired manufacturer's instructions with regard to tire sizing and load capabilities. Mount tires on wheels only with mounting equipment designed for large sized performance wheels. All wheel applications are suggestions only and do not constitute EEC ONLINE Ltd's endorsement of any specific application. Use adhesive balancing weights only. Clip on weights can damage alloy wheels and their clear or chrome coating. Retain a set of original hardware for use with spare tire and wheel assembly. Torque lug nuts/bolts to the vehicle manufacturer's alloy wheel fitting specification at the time of installation and again after 500 miles. Do not use non-authorized spacers to revolve any clearance problems. If used, user bears all responsibility. Check for insufficient or excessive bolt length. Use of wheels with excessive vehicle load, improper tire size and/or incorrect fitment application may because wheel failure and subsequent vehicle damage and personal injury. Always test drive vehicle to assure proper function of installed product prior to releasing vehicle to customer.

Exhaust: When fitting exhausts check for undercarriage, suspension, brake line and bumper clearances and fitment. Re-check installation, fastening and fitment prior to completing work. Always test drive vehicle to assure proper function of installed product prior to releasing vehicle to customer.

Suspension: When fitting suspension components, check for undercarriage, brake and wheel clearances and fitment. Follow available installation instructions. Re-check installation, fastening and fitment prior to completing work. Always test drive vehicle to assure proper function of installed product prior to releasing vehicle to customer.

Aerodynamic styling: When fitting aero styling components, check for clearances and fitment. Follow available installation instructions. Re-check installation, fastening and fitment prior to completing work. Always test drive vehicle to assure proper function of installed products prior to releasing vehicle to customer.

Brakes: When fitting brake components, check for clearances and fitment. Follow available installation instructions. Re-check installation, fastening and fitment prior to completing work. Always test drive vehicle to assure proper function of installed product prior to releasing vehicle to customer.

Performance Products: When fitting performance components, check for clearances and fitment. Follow available installation instructions. Re-check installation, fastening and fitment prior to completing work. Always test drive vehicle to assure proper function of installed products prior to releasing vehicle to customer.

Interior Products: When fitting interior components, check for clearances and fitment. Follow available installation instructions. Re-check installation, fastening and fitment prior to completing work. Always test drive vehicle to assure proper function of installed products prior to releasing vehicle to customer.

Other Products: When fitting any aftermarket or original equipment components, check for clearances and fitment. Follow available installation instructions. Re-check installation, fastening and fitment prior to completing work. Always test drive vehicle to assure proper function of installed product prior to releasing vehicle to customer.

Watches
Our warranty does not cover “external damage” to the product. Jomashop.com does not service watches with any damages resulting from wear to the watch case, crystal/glass, watch bracelet, watch bezel, straps, screws, crown/stem, finishes, clasps/buckles, or any other physical damage to the watch.

Damage that occurs due to having the watch serviced by a third party null and voids the warranty from Jomashop.com. This limited warranty does not cover any damage if there is evidence of excessive wear and tear, or if used under conditions which exceed the watch manufacturer’s water resistance guidelines. Consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty or any implied warranties.
