General Shipping Information
All orders are shipped by UPS Standard Ground Service or Canada Post, unless
otherwise specified. All shipments to outside of North America are shipped
by freight forwarder to the nearest airport.
All prices are subject to change without notice. If the manufacturer has
changed a price, your payment will be returned without charges. EEC ONLINE
Ltd. will contact your by email for the changed price. Some parts may
be backordered at the time an order is placed, your payment will be returned
without charges.
Products will be shipped within 15 business days upon full payment otherwise
it will be classified as backorder.
Courier: Customers will
be emailed or contacted with a tracking number for each package sent via
UPS or Canada Post. Packages can be tracked at www.UPS.com
and www.canadapost.ca by clicking
on "Track" and then entering your tracking number(s).
When a part is purchased online,
the maximum freight charge is shown. Though this number is usually accurate,
on larger orders (over $1000) it can be slightly exaggerated since it
is purely a numeric calculation. In some cases, freight charges may be
reduced and return to the customer.
Prices do not include Shipping and Handling. Clients will be responsible
for the cost of shipping and handling on returned items. If an order is
refunded (once the product has been shipped), only the cost of the product(s)
will be refunded, not the cost of shipping and handling to the client.
